The project is a core and shell mixed-use building that accommodates shops and residential facilities. It is located at the tangencies of several roads at different levels; the pedestrian but mostly vehicular perception is visualizing the building from below (main highway), along the main elevation (from zero level to +3.5m) and above (bridge)
